Capitelle is a fully air-conditioned 100 m² duplex apartment :
- Spacious private terrace with outdoor furniture (large table, 8 chairs, parasol).
- Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed (180×200), located upstairs. Bedroom 2, also upstairs and ideal for children, features two single beds (90×200). Both bedrooms overlook the pool and come with a 7 m² bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
- On the ground floor: Bedroom 3 with two single beds (90×200), Bedroom 4 with one single bed, plus a separate WC.
- A large bathroom with shower, toilet and double sinks.
- Bright and spacious living room with a sofa bed for an 8th guest and an LG TV with satellite decoder.
- Fully equipped kitchen: Beko dishwasher, Ariston induction hob (3 burners), Ariston oven, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), Samsung fridge-freezer, Whirlpool microwave and LG washing machine.
